District Floral Dress Card

I'm having so much fun with the All Dressed Up Framelits from Stampin' Up!  I don't even wear dresses, but it's still fun to make them.  The flower embellishment is made from punching five 7/8 inch scallop circles, wetting them, scrunching them, and then attaching them together with a mini brad.  I attached to the dress with a glue dot.  The sentiment is from the Lovely & Lacey stamp set.
