Polka Dot Parade!

 

I saw a version of this card on Debbie Naylor's blog and loved it!  I changed the colors up a bit, I used Rich Razzleberry and Lucky Limeade (I think!  It could be Old Olive).  Very easy to make and very bright and cheerful-my favorite type of card!
